Eudald Espejo Tarrats
It is an urban device that functions as an urban center in which different programs and functions are combined.
The device makes it possible to break the physical barriers of the port in order to establish a dialogue between the city and the port. An extension of Avenida Juan Carlos I to the sea.
A building that not only guarantees this dialogue but also connects different levels of urban infrastructure such as the subway, road traffic, offices and hotel located in the upper part of the building.
