Eudald Espejo Tarrats
It is an integrated building that has just filled the Paseo de la Marina with the port and the sea.
The building responds to the needs of the place. The identity of the place revolves around a blue economy typical of the port and the sea.
One of the main stimuli of the building is to reactivate said economy and improve the connection of the promenade to the sea level. Existing giant pillars rise to the surface.
Its size is used to respond to both a commercial and recreational program that reaches the sea with a large multipurpose room for all kinds of events.
